Delete your SAM AI Studio account

App: SAM AI Studio (Google Play: “Hisab Sathi”, com.hisabsathi.shop) · Developer: SAM AI Studio

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

Open SAM AI Studio and log in.
Tap More (bottom right) → General.
Tap Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Option 2 — by email

If you can't open the app, email support@samaistudio.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my SAM AI Studio account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your login (email and password)
Your profile on our server: shop name, phone number, device ID, app version, sign-up and last-seen dates
The record of your Pro subscription on our server
Business data inside the app on that phone (when you use Option 1)

What is kept

Backup files you saved or shared yourself — delete them from your phone, Drive or WhatsApp if you want them gone.
Google Play keeps its own record of payments. To stop paying, cancel the subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; deleting the account does not cancel it.
